A warm welcome to our bed and breakfast. Rutland is a small friendly bed and breakfast with seven rooms, which are tastefully decorated comfortable and spacious. The guest house was built in late Victorian times and still maintains many of its original features including the grand staircase.

Ideally situated opposite Marina Gardens, Rutland Guest House is on the A259 coastal road, a short walk from the beach and a 5-minute drive from Hastings town centre.
